The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

I borrowed The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time shortly before the coronavirus' crisis. This book had been selected for The English Factory book club in April. I wanted to join the club and talk to other readers about it.

However, it was canceled like so many other things. I take comfort that I finished my reading on time.

I met again Joan in the April's Speaking Corner. We were able to take advantage of the session because we were very few students.

Quiz Night

The last Friday before the Easter holidays, the Cornellà's EOI organized a pub Quiz. Pub quizzes, quiz nights or trivia nights are games or mind sports held in a pub or bar, in which the players attempt to answer questions correctly.

We played a game in quizizz.com with our mobile while we were connected with zoom.us. Everyone in his house, obviously. There were prizes for the winners and it was fantastic to see many students and teachers playing together.

It was funny but so quick that it was over before you know it, so I expect they'll organize more games!
